Sinergies in a Web 2.0 world

A change for the best is always welcomed, but is it possible to get in, make changes and get out silently?
I say it isn't and the process to achieve it has been far from brilliant.
Divide and conquer seems to be the strategy in place, although there may not be enough material to divide in the end.
And the end of a cicle means that another one is about to start.
